Our Community in Photos

Residents and visitors of the Casas benefit from our large, well-maintained swimming pool. Although it is not heated, the pool is open all year long. There are separate restrooms for men and women. 

In order to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, there are a few simple rules: 

The pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the year. There is no lifeguard on duty, so all children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Unless you own a service animal, no pets are allowed. No glass bottles or glass containers are allowed. 

Access to the pool area requires a key to both unlock and lock the gate. 

Please remember to lock the gate when you leave and make sure both bathroom doors are closed.

The pool area has receptacles for trash, and we ask guests and residents to please clean up after themselves, so that others in the community may enjoy the pool in a safe and clean environment. 

 It is extremely important that when using the pool, you NEVER REMOVE THE CLEANING SKIMMER. By removing the skimmer, the pump will fail causing a great deal of expense for all of our residents.
