On Friday, December 20th, 2024 The Casas will be hosting a Sit & Sip.
We will be having a bonfire and smores by the pool. The Casas social committee will provide complimentary s'mores ingredients. Please bring your beverage of choice and a chair and enjoy an evening with your neighbors!
Jen and Bill Heisel have graciously volunteered their home to use when the evening gets cold.
So grab your chairs, a drink or two and get ready for a great time by the bonfire with your Casa neighbors!
A wonderful time was truly enjoyed by everyone that attended!!!
The Casa HOA Board wants to thank our Social committee for their organization of this wonderful event.
The weather was threatening to rain when we were setting up, but with some Irish luck the sun came out and the afternoon was perfect!
There was a cute relish tray in the shape of a leprechaun, corn beef and cabbage, some great Mexican dips, sausage rolls, meat and cheese skewers and lots more finger foods to enjoy. All the food and array of deserts was fabulous and absolutely delicious!
The winner of our 50/50 pot of gold was Jules and she took home $56!
Jules S. and Jane D. have kindly submitted the photos for our website.
The Social committee of Cheri B., Carol C., Jenn H., Mary T., Claudia W., Brenda P. and myself (Jane D.) want to thank our wonderful neighbors for attending and making our 1st Casa event a huge success!
Also many thanks to our volunteers, Scott B., Scott W., Bill H., Al D. and Jim A. for the muscle to erect the canopies and lift the heavy stuff!
Thank you everyone!!!
We have a fantastic new addition to the Casas! We now have a little Free Library which is located by the pool.
Bob Radcliffe and Bill have chosen a location that is easily accessible for everyone and installed on common ground. It has been painted in the Casas color palette to compliment our homes. Bill and Jen asked for permission from the Board and it was given approval prior to installation.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Bill and Jen Heisel, who generously donated all materials, constructed our Library, and furnished the books!
The Library has been crafted with great care and we encourage you all to check it out, and perhaps borrow a book to read!

“NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS AT 9:00 A.M., ON APRIL 28, 2022 AT THE PINAL COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX, IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HEARING ROOM.”
Brenda P. has sent an email to Ryan Green to confirm our thoughts on the impact of this variation, no reply yet.
We have another concerned homeowner (who used to be on the Board) who has offered to call and help us get the info we're asking for.
An actual letter from Pinal County was sent to a few homeowners announcing the date and time of the meeting.... we don't know why some of us received the letter and others did not. We will be discussing the notice of the April 28 Pinal Co. meeting at our next Board meeting.
A very special Thank you to Andrew Halvorsen for repainting our Casa Letters on our entrance sign, which had faded over time due to the Arizona sunshine. They look beautiful once again!
We also want to thank Pat Radcliffe and Al Dean for wrapping our Pool grab bars for the comfort and safety of our residents! The grab bars look great and will stay cool in the hot summer months.
A REMINDER TO ALL CASA RESIDENTS:
Garage lights are used here in the Casas for safety and as a crime deterrent. Bulbs and sensors are maintained by your HOA.
Please be vigilant in assuring your garage lights are always ON after dark.
Please contact the Board for new light bulbs.
