Landscaping info

Our goal at The Casas is to maintain a friendly balance within our beautiful Sonoran Desert environment. Desert landscaping requires a different approach than its wetter and colder counterparts.  The Sonoran Desert has a distinct ecosystem that requires unique attention throughout the seasons.

Our landscaping crew's responsibility is to keep our common grounds beautiful and tidy for everyone to enjoy.

The landscapers work in sections of The casas once a week.

Landscaping services are not responsible for improvements to homeowners' properties.

Areas within patio walls are the responsibility of the homeowner.  

The removal of dead or dying plant life is left to the discretion of the landscaping services.  

Homeowners may choose to hire private landscaping services, however, we respectfully request that The Board be notified.  

The clean-up and disposal of any trimmings or debris created by the homeowner or a private landscaping company are the responsibility of the homeowner.
